Pre-Lunch Exercises

Welcome to the exercises to do 10 Minutes before you eat!

Do these exercises prior to eating your lunch every day – they only take less than 10 minutes and will assist your body enormously in getting maximum impact during the program. Remember to avoid liquid and food in the 2 hours prior to this exercise. We also recommend you do these exercises prior to your dinner on the 2 lecture nights. It will help you a lot.

Please consult your doctor prior to embarking on anything new particularly if you have been unwell or have a prior diagnosed condition. Please note our classes are guided by an experienced professional yoga instructor, however we take no responsibility for any injuries you may suffer as a result of following the program. We will do our very best to ensure that the content we deliver is as guided as possible, however please understand the online environment is not as interactive as in-studio or face to face. Do them before lunch every day.

ALSO do them before your evening meal on Day 1 and Day 4 (these are the Lecture Evenings).
